Charity Choice Affordable Housing (CCAH) is a nonprofit organization serving the community providing low income housing that is affordable to individuals, families, senior citizens, people with disabilities, and veterans for community development for low-income families.
We were incorporated in 2010 in the state of Georgia.
We are 501(c)(3) tax exempt.
We purchase and refurbish homes in the urban community. Depending on the purchase price and the amount of money we put into the program, will determine if you can own or lease the homes.
Volunteers can bring their skills and abilities to help revive the community and to make a real difference. If you would like to intern with us, please contact the office.
